I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe in 'real' food, herbs, natural supplements, exercise, meditation, and a balance in ones life. As your health coach, I act as your guide and supportive mentor and teacher. You will develop a deeper understanding of how certain foods and lifestyle choices affects our daily lives. By implementing those lasting changes, you will see an improvement in overall energy and will be on your way to living a vibrant, happy life! Each of us has our own preferences, body chemistry, etc., and therefore, together we will find the program that works specifically for you. There are no 'quickie solutions' or '1 diet fits all' routine. It takes time and focus to fine tune those areas of your life that need it. |
