Fitness and exercise has always been a huge part of Jayne's life. As a teenager, playing tennis, swimming and spring board diving competitively, then as an adult becoming certified as an aerobics instructor fueled her desire to get others fit. She taught classes in hospitals, organized races & runs, lead exercise classes in the US and Cancun, Mexico. Her passion for running 10K races evolved into marathons and half marathons. Discovering Kangoo Jumps as another form of exercise to lessen the impact on her knew, she became hooked on this fun, low impact, rebounding sport. "I was thrilled to find it a better workout with less pain and so much more fun. I believe this is one of the best full body workouts you can do at any age and any ability. It has transformed my body and the health benefits are incredible." This exercise coupled with proper nutrition program gives the client the extra calorie burn and overall BEST combination towards whole body awareness.
Jayne is Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified in Group Fitness, Kangoo Jumps, Cardio Sculpt and Kick boxing. She is available for corporate fitness classes, groups and privates while customizing the fitness program to fit the client's needs and goals.
